This Pink Himalayan Salt Slab is used by chefs for grilling fish, seafood and other foods. Simply place the salt slab on your heating surface (including a grill), allow the salt slab to get hot, then grill your food items right on the salt slab.
The size of this salt slab is 6" x 8" and 1.25" thick.
Using them to sear or grill foods will imbue the food with the amazing flavor of Himalayan Crystal Salt, rich in 82+ trace mineral elements including selenium, zinc, magnesium and more. Over time, the salt in the slab will diminish as it is used for grilling or cooking. After each use, simply wash the salt slab in water, brushing it gently to remove any debris. (Do not use soap.)
